I have purchased above HP pavillion dv6516tx Laptop rom Mediaman Infotech PVT Ltd HN on 31/08. Within 10 Months of purchase Laptop stopped working. Given to their Authorised service station SIMTECH - Dadar West took long time to repair. Again Laptop is stopped working with same problem. I request you to look into matter and please arrange to give me fresh new piece of Laptop in place of Manufacturer defect Peice delivered to me.
