I got a photo smart printer from my dad and it had the wrong usb cable in it it would not plug into the back of my printerso i called the number for technical support and the man who answered the phone spoke very pore english for starters and then asked the same question over and over and i kept telling him that the cable would not plug into the back of the printer but the only thing i wanted was to get the right cable then after more than 30 min he finally transfered me to what he said is the person who will get me a new cable and all they said was to go to best buy where i got it and exchange it after an hour of going back and forth
