2038MB RAM is changed to 512MB in hp centre

sir,

this is to inform you that i have purchased hp presario C700, modle no: CND823YJYM, at 4th july'o8 from sigma IT SHOWROOM LUCKNOW . Presently

i am in Greater Noida and my sound system was not working properly for which i went to hp care center at Noida at 6/09/08. in the mean while at the time of taking back i was suffering from chicken pox, due to which i collected my laptop by 26/09/08.At home when i checked my processing it was only 512MB left. When i again went to hp center they denied for this and i am

complaining to you for further action.

so sir please make my healthy decision.
