HP Scannerjet 8300 was purchased around 8 months back, your dealer has come and installed, it was working fine for one month, later it started giving the comlaint, There is no response from the dealer, even after repeted complint by phone. it is going to fininsh one year warranty. Irequest you to provide the best service, so that we can belive HP in future.
