Delivering faulty piece

I have bought a hp tx2-1005AU/NJ105PA on april 1st with serial no. CNF8492JT2. On April 3rd the keyboard, wifi and media center keys on the screen stoped working. On april 4th I have taken to HP service center @ MAHA Electronics @ somajiguda, HYDERABAD. They said its problem with the OS and formated the laptop and given me. Now the Problem repeats on April 6th and I was out of station. I couldnt do anything except to wait, and again given the Laptop on 18th. They told they need two days for observation. on 20th they sent me an SMS that your laptop Is ready and can collect it.

So now I drive all the way for 75 minutes in trafic to just find out that my laptop is still not working. Till date 2 may my laptop is with the service center. Firstly the laptop is a new one, I dont understand when the service center people are so careless about doing their work, why do you give lisence to them when they cant even solve a small proble. I demand for a replacement for a new piece. If i wont get a positive reply in 2days. I would definetly lodge a case in the consumer court against hp and the service center for delivering faulty laptops with no proper service.
