Funds Transfer to the Other Card without my concern

I have a HSBC Bank Credit card; I was using that card regularly and paying all the outstanding regularly but few months before I had received a credit card for the same bank with lower limit without my concern. I shocked why that card bank has sent to me, but I did not use the new one. After few days I used the older card for Rs. 30000/- Appx. in two or three transaction in a same day and than I recd a call from HSBC credit card for confirmation that are you doing these transaction or not and I replied yes I did.

But before completion the period of statement I have recd a call from the bank banglore office that you have used your credit card (new One) with over limit and you must paid some amount immediately in account of new credit card., I shocked and replied that I did not use that card at all but without understand my word the telecaller said we can not do any thing, we have made remember call to you first that you have used this card if you said we will blocked the card immediately but before the blocking you have to pay all the amount due on this card. Than I said firstly block the same immediately than I will see what I should do.

Than I called to customer care to find out what did happen on my credit cards than I came to know that my old card has been cancelled without any reason and some amount of that card has transfer on my new credit card and how could all these things happened, no body knows neither the customer care tell caller nor the officer and one thing they had said that it all happen at their end but why they don't know, than I asked what should I do they said please asked to Mr. Pandey who is at their noida branch than I called to Mr. pandey and told all the storey but he also did nothing to solve the problem and I am not receiving any statement from the bank from this episode but I recd a some calls from recovery agents they told me that bank is putting some heavy charges regularly for not receiving the payment and also advice me that please don't pay any thing without clear all the things because Mr. Deepak you are not faulty at your end bank should resolve the issue.

Please help me and let me know in which account (Credit Card) I should pay the amount which I had already used.
