HSBC Cradit card
Collecting officer took money and away without submit

Hi,

The due amount was not much then 7k then in last may one person came to my office after called to me in last MAY. I just paid all my dues as 6800, that was the bill then. I thought, It all Shatteled. After 3 months, when i applied for LOAN from Citi bank, i got to know that Collecting Officer took that money away without submit to HSBC. No HSBC bank, people is not want to put hand on this.
