HSBC credit card/ ivaluemart
Product is not delivered, phone is not woking, no reply from company

I have booked a product with ivaluemart and the amount has been deducted.

After 4 month I have not recieved my product, now days they are not piking the phone even not replying via the mail.

This offer were come with HSBC credit card, I approch to them but they are saying we are not responsible for that.

Could help me out waht should I do?
