I am holding HSBC Gold Crad numbered XXXX XXXX XXXX 8695.On 12/11 the bank have charged Rs.100 two times with service tax as CASH REPAYMENT FEES.I had made all my payments directly in cash to my credit card account at HSBC Branches. Without any prior intimation or notice they have charged 100 rupees plus service tax as CASH REPAYMENT FEES.
I cant understand how and why this bank is charging for the payment before the due date. If they are charging for direct cash payment at their branches itself how come the customer will make their payments without loosing their money.
For me it seems to be a real cheating.
