I have a taken a home loan from HSBC 3 years ago at floating rate. When ever interest rates went up they have increased the rates promptly without any shame. But now the interest rates are falling, but HSBC seems to be oblivious of this. They have no plans to reduce it, even though most of the nationalized banks have reduced it.

I have written many mails to them but no reply comes out of them. As I am an NRI I have been trying to deal with them with their NRI relationship but they cannot help. When I log a complaint thru on-line banking, the complaint is acknowledged but never followed up.

I have banked with many banks in India including nationalized banks as well as Multinational banks but I have never had such horrible experience. This is the worst bank with who I have banked to date.
