Personal Loan Settlement Not Being Properly done by HSBC BANK.
I have taken Personal Loan by HSBC Bank A/c no. 052694478872
The settlement was offered by the bank for Rs. 36, 500/= for payment upto 15/3/10.
A payment of Rs. 4960//= was already made to the Bank on dated 15/2/10 So, I made the payment of Rs.31540/= on dated 15/3/10 (amounting to Rs. 36, 500/=) as told by Mr. Parvinder Singh Rana (the bank person).
The bank treated the amount to prepayment of loan and not treaing it as a settlement and making the settlement letter null and void and forcing me to pay the whole loan amount. The Bank is also debiting the ECS to my account, however I made the account balance ZERO but still an ECS of Rs. 4958/= has been debited to my a/c on 2/6/10.
I have contacted a lot to the bank persons Mr. Parvider Singh Rana, Mr. Anil Dixit and Mr. Anil Suri, they are simply making false promises to resolve the case, but in fact doing nothing.
I also e-mailed the case to HSBC Nodal Officer but they are not ready to listen and forcing me to pay whole balance loan amount.
Sir, i would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that "IF A PERSON CAN ARRANGE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF RS.31, 540/= THEN IT IS NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT HE CAN NOT PAY THE LITTLE AMOUNT OF RS. 4, 960/= ALSO."
I request yourself that please look into the matter and resolve the case at the earliest as the BANK PERSONS ARE HARASSING ME BY MAKING CALLS AND DEBITING THE ECS TO MY A/C.
THANKING YOU
