This is mail is with reference to the Family Secure Personal Injury Plan, Policy Number FSP01000031155 given in the name of Brati Chatterjee, I request you to cancel the policy as it was discussed over the phone when it was given to me. I am not personally satisfied with this policy and due to my other commitments, I would not be in a position to take up this policy now.
This is my repeated request to cancel the policy, as I have already spoke with the customer care executive. I need a confirmation that it is canceled, I look forward to your reply regarding the same.
