VERY POOR SERVICE

My son inlaw took out a contract for my daughter at MTN Vangate Mall, Cape Town there already the service was poor with paperwork not being done correctly etc... etc... then not even having the contract a month the phones gives software problems but in turn just with simple handling the screen cracks (say whatever you like - simple handling no throwing or using as a weapon well i can now) it's then taken to Canal walk repair centre which in turn has to send it to Midrand, Jhb which my son inlaw clearly states MIX SOFTWARE & lists the problems and on being there he asks the lady assisting him if they could get a QUOTE on the screen being repaired she said nothing about 'that seeing that you want your screen looked at they wont do one job they will want to do all otherwise your phone will be returned as is' NOTHING WAS SAID OR CONTRACT QUOTED as per the 2 gentleman in the repair centre which i chatted to, i think the service was terrible but should i wnt to cancel the contract i get sued (read the fine print i guess) then after speaking to so many people they then have to fix the screen at R628.25 - so i give the Canal walk a go ahead to fix, waited a week to hear that the lady did not send the job through then the guy says he will & now when they collected it THE SCREEN WASN'T DONE!!! with all due respect the contract should be allowed to be terminated with immediate affect, money refunded or the screen replaced free of charge!!! This is what happens if you dont sit and read a 2 font size document before giving any cell shop business!!! DO THE RIGHT THING!!!
