No clerance of pf since a yea

I mailed to my company Hr and Pf personnel to clear my pf a/c.on april 24.The mail as it is like this

srinivas parimala, emp id 17414, feel proud to be HTMTian once, but now i feel bad about htmt excuses.

after wandering six times to office for PF clearence.no response still now. my PF num KN/46294/5682.

immediately i got reply and saying that their reply like this.

We had processed your Forms and had filed with our PF Office for Settlement on 06 Feb, since the settlement will be done by our PF Office, we request you to contact our PF Office at 080-25734590, 25734492 and quote your PF Account Number with HTMT for the status.

HTMT will not be able to help in finding the status of settlement as the process managed and owned by RPFC Office which is a Government body, the status will not be shared to HTMT due to confidentiality. Hence, we request you to check the status with PF Office.

But still no reply from them.

so pls help me ion this matter.
