High bill problem

Dear sir,

i am vinay shrivastava . i am using idea post paid plan last 2008.my mobile no. is 9977703231. but this month my bill amount is 20365/-it is fraud bill generate. i was call the customer care but he was asking me without bill generate i have no help you.i am very upset and shocked please help me.
