Recharge not yet done. Amount charged on my card. Want reversal of the same

I made a recharge request of Rs 339 for DishTV on 7th Oct. The amount is charged on my card but recharge not yet done. Now i dont want recharge, rather i want the reversal of the amount. The transaction number for the same is 497005.Contact me on 9600083537.
