I have paid the amount by ICICI Bank Fund Transfer from my ICICI bank account and they have given confirmation of receipt of payment. Further they informed me that they have shipped the item by "Professional Courier Docket No.119774418"
But till now that item never reached to me. after that I have sent around 10 to 12 e-mails to them but neither they are giving any reply nor they are giving me my shopped item.
I request you that kindly help me to get my shopped item or refund me my money Rs. 590 /- in my ICICI bank Account No 001301048799 and give necessary corrective drills to the company so that no other customer will be harassed and troubled after paying his money.
