Dear Team,

i have ordered a product on REDIFF SHOPPING but till date no product has been reached to me.either they don't send the product or their courier tie up is not capable or responsible enough to despatch their products to its desired destinations.there must be some foul play invoved in this.

Kindly help.even theie support system (complaint cell) doesn't work) and they boast of thier services.
