I am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number 9967939924 and i being charged Rs.10/ for the services which i never wanted to activate it. I daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services) subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.10/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com.
I have four to five times lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. There are number of customer like this being exploited daily.
The word pack service gets activated just by one click without informing the customer what it is all about. While searching a particular word this link comes as an option and by mistake if the cursor goes on this link it automatically activates this service whether or not a customer requires does not require it. This service gets activated on the customers mobile. Please help this remove this kind to mass day light robbery.
