This web-site is a fraud. I booked flowers for Bangalore on 19'thOct and paid a amount of Rs.699/- with special instructions that flowers should be delivered in morning. It was fine even it had been delivered in afternoon. I called on the Customer care number and I was informed that flowers were delivered at 4.15PM on 19'th Oct. But, the fact was it was delievered after 7PM on same day and not to the right person as well.
On 20'th Oct, I demanded a re-fund of money, which was refused by Ms. Meenakshi who claims to the owner of this company. Please suggest what options I have to take against this company?
