Extreamly weak signal.very low speed

Purchased usb data card on10.01.2009 vide payment receipt no 2391036, a/c no352604043 from cossipore (KOLKATA) office of BSNL.CSR Name- ctdcosnor002.

MDN -2714-5164

complained about the problem to customer care (complain no-3051), BSNL ; but didn't get any result.

Bill will be coming from this month (Rs-200/- fixed)

Please take necessory action at an early date, otherwise I shall have no other alternative, but to consult with consumer forum.
