We bought HUL Pureit Water Puriefier (Customer ID - 1926331284) a year ago. As per the details mentioned for battery renewwal (after 1 year) we called pureit customer care to come and change the battery. We also agreed to pay the amount for batterywhich they have mentioned to us. They gave a complaint no. S09/BLR1774_010301 and also told me within 3 days it will be changed. But its almost 4-5months over still no one came... We trust them and now we are paying for that ..just waiting..? Is this a value of customer's trust? If they can't handle all these queries of customers better stop all these nonsense.
