I Placed this order on ther site on Friday 20june
NOW THEY SHOW AN INCORRECT PRICE AND 5 DAYS LATER ARE REFUSING TO HONOR MY PURCHASE ORDER.
The price of the book was listed as Rs250 30 for shipping.
I placed an order of 6 books
Rs 1680 was taken from my card.
On Wednesday 25june they
a) call and tell me the price was wrong and hence are sending 4 books
b) then they change the order details to show the new price of 395. now where is my original order and payment shown
1. There is no apology to say wrong prices
2. there is no request to cancel the the order just a statement saying we are cancelling this.
What kind of service are you offering. If you have a wrong price on the net it is not my fault. You can only request to me pay the difference not demand it.
Disgusting service, its sites like you which make online shopping a painful task.
I expect mr. Sharma to explain the entire situation to me and how is going to compensate me for my loss and the stress of having to deal with you.
Whay shud i shell out the marked price rs 30 per book for shipping when i can pick this up from a book shop or from another site a1books at a price of rs. 295.
