I hope you will take care of this complaint. I have requested for a replacement of the Germ Kill battery Kit for Pureit Water Purifier. It has been 2 weeks that the request was placed and still now the company has not taken any initiative to replace and service the purifier. I have called the Customer Care people 4 times and no one has taken the request seriously. I am staying in Bangalore and i feel this way of servicing people is the last thing in the world one would like when it comes to critical things such as Water Purifiers.
