NOT DELIVERYING GKB LASTING FOR2250 LIT, AFTER 72 HOURS

SIR, I book my order for GKB for lasting 2250 l on 18 oct susequently i received a SMS "Thank you for ordering a gkb lasting for 2250 L.our executive will visit you in the next 72 hours.pls pay Rs 510 for the same.your order details are as to be generated regards Pureit" but it is sorry to say that no one till date not contact with me, help line are helpless to solve my problem.
