I agree to the lackk of services provided by the company. I had a bad experience in this regard. I bought Pureit unit and at the time of delievery i was assured by the incharge that their person will regularly visit for cleaning and maintenance of the unit. Nothing of that sort ever happened. After 3months of usage I needed to replace the kit. On calling the incharge, he directed me to call the heelp line no. as company policy has change. As per him their service engineers get TA paid by company if complaint is lodged at that no. I did so and was assured by the customer care executive (a lady) that kit will be sent and replaced the next working day. No one turned the whole next week. (I had called on Saturday 05/07//08). I called again on Saturday 12/07/08 and to my surprise, I was told that my request was cancelled. No reason was given for that. On repeatedly asking for the person responsible to do so I was told that my complaint will be forwarded and kit will be replaced on 1407/08. Again a week has passed by and no one has turned up. The unit is useless without battery. And feel cheated. I would prefer my unit be taken backk and money refunded as I dont want to keep any liason with an organisation that is so callous towards its customer and consequently towards itself. I have all the details of names of persons and their phone no. and time of interactions with them, with me. If any body is listening………
