I have puchased philips three cd changer music system in year I have done AMC for the said product in 9th Jan for one year. My sytem get defective on 5th Jan I deposited my sytem to philips service center at gwalior (MP) on 6th Jan under AMC period.first service center told me that we are not getting part which is going to replaced in your system. Now after six momth of delay, company say take your system back because we are not getting part from any where.when I asked my system is under AMC period it is your prime responsibility to repair it otherwise provide me new sytem.so far company not giving any reliable answer to me.
