My below correspondences with Hutch are self explanatory towards a paid bill for Dec 08 still not reflecting in Hutch records

Dear Sir/ Ma'm,
Please refer to earlier faxes / below correspondence.
1. There is utter confusion regarding the following billing mess up.
2. Sometimes I am told the ambiguity is resolved - the latest - it is still NOT!! To top it, DESPITE my timely payment for Dec 08, l my bill for Jan 09 includes a 'Late payment fine'!? Sounds like a practical joke!!
3. My latest bank statement reflecting debited amount towards 'Orange' is AGAIN attached herewith for action - in case this cannot be resolved STILL i reserve the option to approach 'consumer' forum for the MUCH Harrassment by 'HUTCH'.

I am stil haunted by reminder calls to pay my already 'Paid up bill'. Is the staff busy negotiating the 'Income Tax Department'?! or has the service reduced to this level.

Pse Refer to My telephonic (9820783702) complaint reg above SUBJECT.
I have attached my bank debit receipt statement of my Dec 09 payment for Rs 679/=. This is NOT reflecting in your records despite above attached debit receipt / my tele complaint & 2 visits to your office (Churchgate) - this is most unbecoming of 'Vodafone'(!?)
How do you make up for this undue harrassment? Kindly reconcile,
