Plan given by the hutch people on (24 Oct) was not avtivated till date

Dear Sir,

i have converted my prepaid no into post paid no on 24th October.

the plan they have offered me was 1500 sms per month till 1 year.

But i got only 500 sms for 3 months and no reply on these complaints.

Now it is more then 1 year and i had a loss on more then 5 lacks rupees along with mental harrasment.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue
