Am doing BSc (Nursing) final year on Sacred Heart Nursing College, Madurai-20.I came to my home town on 10/09 (Parassala). As usual I have booked reservation ticket (From Kuzhithurai on 10/09 at 5:16pm) for the journey on 13/09 from Parassala-Madurai

(2 persons) & Marthandam-Madhurai (1 person). At the reservation time it is on the status (WL/53, WL/54 & WL/55) respectively. But on the journey time it has changed to WL/10, WL/11 & WL/12 respectively. Due to some problem train has derailed at ARALVAIMOZHI and journey cancelled. Because of urgency we have went to Madurai by bus without getting refund. So I requesting you to verify this problem and make arrangements for getting refund amount as earlier as possible.

But still now no action has taken yet far regarding this. So i kindly requesting you to verify this problem and take necessary action
