Unnecessary deduction from prepaid hutch balance

Hi,

I am having a connection of hutch prepaid no.9884836946 at chennai. But regularly two to three Rs. is deducted from my balance amount without any reason. I had registered a complaint with the customer complaint person named Ashwini. But as of now no actions have been taken.
