Hi,
I have a hutch Pre paid mobile connection (09916683269). Whenever someone is calling from abroad & if I am not receiving the call, It is going to the voice mail & as per international rate, charges are deducting by the provider, surprisingly the voice mail instructional speech is in HINDI language. But when I called the hutch customer care 2 times, (last call was on 27th April, around 2.40pm), they have tried their level best to prove, that (1) I have to change the settings in the Handset and / or (2) the caller has to communicate with their service provider, which I checked earlier & found no problem.
This time when I requested to lodge a official complaint & asked them to provide the complaint number, they have directly denied to lodge any official complaint & obviously no question of complaint number.
Please do something for me if you can. Otherwise I have to change my service provider.
