SERVICES SINCE FIVE YEARS.FROM IAM GETTING USELESS AND UN-WANTED MASSAGES FROM AIRTEL AND OTHER SOURCE THROUGH SMS IN PRE -PAID CARD. THE SMS CHARGES FOR EACH MASSAGE WITH AN AMOUNT OF RUPEES ONE TO TEN HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED AT SOURCE WITH OUT MY PRIOR PERMISSION.IAM LOOSING FIFTY TO EIGHTY RUPEES THROUGH THIS USELESS MASSAGES EVERY MONTH.I HAVE ALREADY LODGED COMPLAINT ON 3-12.THE AIRTEL AUTHORITIES HAVE ALREADY GIVE ASSURENCE THAT, THE NUSENCE WILL BE SOLVED AFTER 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMPLAINT.
IT IS OBSERVED THAT, SO FAR THREE -HALF -MONTHS TIME
HAVE ALREADY BEEN LAPSED. BUT THE MASSAGES SENDING
BY SMS IS NOT STOPPED.I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE SECRETE OF THIS TYPE OF ROYAL ROBBERY FROM CUSTOMERS.
IT IS VERY BAD STATE OF AFFAIRS.IT IS DIRECT FINANCE LOSS
