I am from Kanyakumari District. I applied for an irrestible offer exclusively for HERO HONDA PASSPORT MEMBERS for two offers namely Quartz Mens Wrist Watch and Hyderabad Exclusive Pearls Pendant Set. My passport no:06H09C31694.I sent DD for Rs.980.DD No:407302 from SBI.But still now I had not received those products. We checked the Despatch no for TNT and BLUE DART couriers and the products were not found. Every time they are telling that the product has already been sent. So please give me the procedures for complaning them.
