Passport Renewal Delay Hyderabad RPO

Respected Sir,

I APPLIED for RENEWAL of passport on June 9 (File No. HYD-L003501-10) by e-seva Khairatabad, HYDERABAD and police verification was completed in November and clear report sent to RPO, Hyderabad on 19-Nov and after that the RPO website updated from the past 3 months shows that " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of pasport has been delayed and will now be despatched within a week. Later i attended SPECIAL passport adalat conducted by RPO Hyderabad on Feb. 5 to which they have given me assurance that the passport will be despatched by Feb. 08 and on Feb. 8 i got a message on my mobile no. "Passport number allotted and pasport preparation underway and it will be despatched shortly" still I don't receive my passport even after more than 9 months from the date of application submitted.

I humble request passport office Hyderabad higher ups to look into the matter and Please issue my passport at the earliest.
