Respected sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the medical claim of my wife Smt. Sapna Mishra against the policy no C/DEL/900000/GMC/01/-08/000359 purchased from HYGEIACARE mediclaim policy on dated 04.07.07 again renewed on dated 10.06.08. I submitted my mediclaim in cash less scheme with the Hygeiacare on dated 01.08.08 through speed post but the claim not entertained till date. In this connection I contact with my agent but he told us he did not get any resposne then he provided me the telephone no.09313538988 of Hygeiacare G M Mr. Rajiv Baba. I contact him directly at my end on telephone but he remained consoling me about my claim that the cheque for claim will be sent by dated 06..04.09 but I did not received any cheque regarding my claim So I contacted him by dated 13.04.09 again on his mobile he talked with me very rudely using the abusive tounge and he prohobited me to make the call again saying this that he will not do any thing about claim foget about the claim. He said the company will not give the claim in future too. Then I loged my complain with CNBC AWAZ then the G M Mr. Rajiv Baba send me SMS to send me claim by dated 14.04.08. I informed to my agent about the SMS so my agent told me that he is making totaly fool. Sir, I am very much puzzle I am not getting to think what to do in this regards. So your are extremely requested to help me and suggest me the right way to overcome this problem
