This is Kunal Doshi, i bought a netbook from hypercity on 24th oct and availed an offer of buying a TATA Photon @ 750rs.
I have submited all required doccuments on time and been told that within 48 hours it should get activated.
It s not activated till date, on calling their customer represantative dharmendra yadav said we were running short of people or its not updated in the system and other ******** reasons of not acticating the device.
I am going to file a case against Hyper city in consumers court if its not resolved within 48 another hours.
