I brought a hyundai television from a dealer by the name Deep Electronics, Vikhroli (E), Mumbai, India, PH:- 91-22-25749533 on 15th Aug. The Product Malfunctioned on 25th March and had total Blackout due to some electrical problem. I called up the dealer and informed abt the technical problem the same day. The dealer assured me that some technical person will be visiting to my home to rectify the problem. Next day nobody turned down, after that a guy came for the rectification but stated he was unable to even understand the problem, moreover he roamed about thru' all my residence wearing dirty shoes. After couple of days another guy showed up and he removed some part of my television and disappeared, since then he has not showed up (09/04/09) neither my television is in working Condn and I have failed to contact your service centre despite many attempts and the dealer kept me reassuring that the engg would turnup with the part repaired or replaced. To my surprise till today nobody responded to my request.
The First guy stated to make complaint to his officer if not satisfied with the service and provided the service station add given below.

I think that being a Maharashtrian HYUNDAI is underestimating our resources and power.
Hyundai is very careless in terms of after sales service and if the complaint is not met with proper solution, the same copy of the mail will be forwarded to SHIV SENA at SHIV SENA BHAVAN and also to Mr. Raj Thackeray (MAHARASHTRA NAVNIRMAN SENA) CHIEF. at Rajgad.
