Not charging, poor battery, no spare/servi e

I have bought a Hyundai T6188 mode mobile through deals4all on SBI Card offer, a few months back (OCTOBER). the phone worked only for 15 days and since then the battery is neither getting charged nor the phone, we dont get a spare battery in Chennai any where. the company warranty is not accompanied and the service center is not found anywhere in Chennai. it is my sincere request to all agencies not to market such products, also the credit card bank should not entertain such marketing. any such product bought through credit card are being charged and the customers are paying for it. it is all hard earned money and your customers are valuable don't cheat them by promoting such products. we should try to drag all those who are involved in such hawala to consumer forum. i request all those who are being cheated by bank, marketing and advertising to join hands and look forward to get the compensate.
