I have send my car on 04.03.09 (Hyundai santro LE model June actual running about 51000 Km) at Hyundai motor Plaza, A-30, Mohon co operative area, New Delhi for pending maintenance (smoke from exhaust at the time of starting only) from last service done in Nov. 2008 after getting prior time on 03.03.09 personally. The customer care has called me on 05.03.09 that your car's maintenance has done & ready at our workshop. I have personally confirmed the readiness & smoke problem from Mr. Surendra (Mob. no. 9811915225) and after confirmation I have send my driver for collection of car on 05.03.09 (noon). When my driver checked the car the problem was same and the same has been confirmed from Mr. Surendra and he asked for some more time (maxm. up to evening) for solving the smoke problem. On 05.03.09 at about 5.00 PM, I have tried to contact Mr. Surendra he has not lifted my mobile call and after contacting the Customer care no 011 41599878 & shows my angryness to the Lady CC officer and asked for mobile nos. of some higher officels who can solve the same but she has not given any no but assured for information to higher officials. After that I have collected the mobile no of Mr Ankur Sharma (9873180714) & I conveyed my problem to him and he has assured for checking of the same.

At around 6.00PM on 05.03.09, I was very much surprised when Mr surendra has ring me and saying that the car requires engine overhauling and the approx. costing will be Rs. 50, 000.00 which was a reaction of showing my anger about Mr Surendra to Lady CC officer & CC manager Mr Ankur Sharma.

On 07.03.09 at about 9.30AM, I have contaced to Mr. Ankur Sharma & conveyed the story & requested him for early maintenance and demand of huge amount by Mr Surendra. At about 10.30AM when I have again contacted to Mr Ankur Sharma about the status of my car, he has also confirmed that Mr. Surendra is right but the amount will approx. Rs. 25, 000.00 & he has also a view this is not a serious problem you can run the car without any risk, I have some time from him to think and requested him for checking of electrical wiring of car sterio & top wash of the car because three day outside parking for removal huge dust.

At around 12.30PM I have tried to contact to Mr Ankur Sharma two times & Mr Surendra Two time from my mobile phone but they have not attended my phone call. Then I have send my driver immediately for collection of car, the car was same smoky condition & also in a very dirty & dusty condition than I have send the same for maintenance from my garrage. They have not even washed the car after three days unwanted retention at their workshop. Thank you for such type of world class service from Customer care of Hyundai Motoer Plaza.

I am a corporate Officer in NTPC ltd at Badarpur power house & I have faced so much problem for three days and hired a texy vehicle to prrform my duty.

Since all the paid services of my car were done at the same workshop from last more than three years (record can be seen) and I have honoured all the suggested services by the Officer s of Hyundai Motor plaza and paid a huge amount for the same.

The present problem of smoke in exhaust during starting is the lapses in the past services only so it is a moral duty of M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza for rectification of the same at the earliest and payment of compensation for three days unwanted retension of my car at their workshop.

Kindly solve the same at the earliest.
