I have purchased an Hyundai i-10 car white colour, model:- Kappa on 08/10.I am a resident of Mahabaleshwar, My name is Prakash Mahadeo Salunkhe. The new car Leaks from behind, now, this is obvious that this may be a manufacturing defect & the dealer has not taken any efforts regarding quality check before delivering the car.
When I approached the sales executive regarding the problem, his reply comes positive for repair but, when we talk about replacement then, he talks about management decision regarding this case &
when we ask for communication with the management they say, they are out of town & will come after
2-3 days.
We have paid money for a new & non-defected car so precisely, we want a replacement. We are not
interested in taking the same car back. We are consumers, who have paid money for the assured quality car. So, I have the right to purchase the same car.
I hereby, request you, to kindly look into our matter and take some immediate stand in-order to get the car replaced. Thanking You
