I understand that the warranty has expired. But you need to provide paid service after that.. You cannot just say ‘ go to local market’

You shuld guide/provide dealer or repair centre

This is not a foothpath product. Amazing!!!

I want a solution and I shall pay for it. If not I shall mention it in blog and newspapers that customers shuld be aware of such horrible solution. I understand Citibank is not responsible but they shuld be aware too.

It shud be put up in consumer forum..
