Hyundai Santro from Suhrit Hyundai
Vehicle RC is yet to be recived by me after 16 months of Vehicle purchase

I bought my Santro car (DL-3C AP 9280) from Suhrit Hyundai, Yusuf Sarai in January/ February with CNG. and yet to receive my RC after 16 months even though I paid my all dues at the time of delivery itself. Firstly registration of my vehicle was done on April (as per tax reciept). and RC was give to me in August.

Immediately I resubmitted my RC for CNG endorsement to Suhrit Hyundai in August and afterwards waiting to see the glimpse of my RC. Till date nothing has happened.

From August onwards, I can contacting all possible/ concerned persons as,

Ms. Puspa Negi, Brand Head, Yusuf Sarai,

Mr. Mohit Chabra

Mr. Pramod

Mr. Hemraj (person responsible for sorting out RC issues at Suhrit)

Mr. A Saluja (Person taking care of RC work woth RTO)

Mr. Manav

Mr. Abhishek (His phone is always unavailable)

All offical has stopped picking the phone, showroom are closed.

I DONT KNOW WHERE ALL THESE RATS ARE GONE???

I DONT KNOW HAVE ANY ADDRESS, WHERE TO APPROACH FOR MY RC.

Also I have already paid for my CNG kit insurance at the time of purchase but its insurance is also to be done.

Can any body suggest me whom to contact otherwise I am left with only one option i.e. CONSUMER COUT and LEGAL ACTION for cheat.
