My Hyundai TV which had been purchase in July in right now not in a working stage. We have lodged complaints with Videocon Service Care. Complaint lodged on 15/07/09 was transferred to the supervisor name Mr. Anshar Khan who had been very arrogant & abusive in speaking over the telephone.
Kindly look in to the matter and advice further
