Received Default piece without memory card and follows

Dear Sir,

I have orderd to Indiatimes shoppie for above stated product. but I have recived a used default piece from net shoppie at borivali. There was not a memroy card inside the mobile and its package. also headphone was broken. Both sim are woriking properly and one not staying standby. when we dial the reply is recived that the phone is switched off.even I have received a gift voucher of expired date which 28 th may.
