An unauthorised transaction is happened from my credit card for an amount of Rs.24375 on 14 Nov 08.I make a call to customer care as soon as I knew about this. Bank requires 60 days time for the investigation and advice me to make payment before 5 Dec. Please give me your valuable advice about the steps to be taken
