E-Recharge not Received

Hello Sir,

I am anupam singh from Lucknow.

Sir i had e-rechared my mobile at 07-JAN of Rs.30 from the vendor having the address below

ICE Tech Computers.

Near Rawat Raliway Station, Kanpur

But my Mobile is not get recharged. He replied that "Server is down and you will get the response in few hours." But my mobile is not et recharged just after one week. He noted my mobile correctly before recharge and he has the record of my mobile recharge information at 07-01.

Actually such kind of activity is done by the vendor regularly. He is near to station and passenger come to their shop for recharge. Passenger's have to go back to train. He is getting the advantage of that "just after receiving the money from passenger he forget about them. And maintain the fraud entries in his notebook"

When i had asked the show the transaction dated at 07-JAN. He had replied that he is not keeping such kind of huge entries. I had confirmed my mobile service provider (Vodafone) there is no transaction debited to my account dated at 07-JAN.
