Fee not refunded

Hi,

I was selected for 2010 MBA program at ICFAI Hyderabad (ICFAI University). I payed the first installment of fees. But later I cancelled my admission before the said date. So as per UGC and AICTE rules, fee amount should be refunded after deducting some of it. But still I havent received any amount from them. Some of the students are in a similar situation as mine. Some of them got it also. Calling them also is of no use as they say we'll not refund. I have also sent them a notice. After no response from them, I thought writing to consumer forum may help. Please help!!
