ICFAI
Rude behaviour & past question papers

Dear Sir,

I am a student of ICFAI & pursuing my correspondence course of PGDHRM from there. Now when i took admission ICFAI people said that they will assist you with all the information required as a student doesn't matter whether it is correspondence course or full time. So i paid 11000Rs and took the admission. Now when i asked them i need past question papers because each subject has got more than 500 theories to study which is not possible for anyone without any support of previous model question papers, this is the way they replied:-

1. You need to get papers from icfai.org for which you have to pay 100Rs per paper.

2. When i went to that website it asked me to register for exams to get question papers.

3. When i registered for exams it said your exams are on 5th April & this site except only HDFC or ICICI Cards for payment of question papers.

4. When i used my HDFC debit card it said no only credit cards.

5. When I tried for ICICI credit card it says ICICI is not approving card at this time to my 6 different cards.

After all this I went to ICFAI branch and the head of ICFAI branch said that there is no way we can help in this case as it is handled by Hyderabad only and only students who are from rich families & have valid credit cards take admission with us and also when i said why you dint informed me earlier that there is so much hazzle in getting past question papers they said we are here to do business if we will tell you everything how we will do business.

Please suggest me way out as i have only 2 months left for exams & i dont know from where to start.

Thanks & Regards

Ravinder Saini
