I am stuying in INC, Lucknow. in the begining the principal Mr. Anil Tandon Said our collage afflited to ICFAI University dehradun. but university have no permission to run a college, study center, off campus.

he said INC .Lucknow Provide acadmic support, and placment assistence. he toally cheted from students. so i want refund my fees. please help me
